Christmas memories

Handsome boys on Christmas Sunday.

My mom has a tradition of lighting Lumineers (sp) ? between her house and her neighbors house the night before Christmas Eve. It's really kind of cool.

I started a tradition back in middle school to sleep out by the Christmas tree the night before Christmas Eve. We carried that tradition over the years. It was a lot of fun this year with Parker, but I must admit, it was one of the worst nights sleep I've ever had. It was fun to be all together as a family though.

Jared reading the Christmas story in Luke 2.

This was the funnest Christmas morning ever! It's so much more fun to play Santa than I ever thought it would be. Seeing Parker's face light up when he saw what santa had brought him was incredible.

Hugging his castle that Santa brought for him.
Parker was dead set on getting Jared a "D Willy" jersy for Christmas. It was all his idea. I was surprised that he kept it a secret until Christmas. This is him giving his gift to his daddy.

He then of coarse got his Boozer jersy to match his dads. We've created a monster :)

Isn't it so fun to start some of these traditions with our boys now that they finally are starting to figure it out. Will's first reaction when he came down was about Santa eating the cookies and apples all gone. It was too cute. Love your traditions and those cute reactions of Parkers. Thanks for sharing.

Tell Jared thanks for taking Brandon to the Jazz game on their "Man Date" as he likes to call it. Congrats on your pregnancy. I hope everything goes well.

The matching jerseys are cute. Isn't it so cute how they want to be just like their Dads. Boys are so much fun. Can't wait to see what your next one will be..

Cute. You've gotten me more excited about playing Santa when Annie gets older. Love that you slept by the Christmas tree even though you didn't get much sleep. Fun tradition. See you guys SOON!

Love the tradition of sleeping by the tree. That is something that your kids will love to do and always remember. It will be worth it even if you don't sleep well!
