I just ran the Ogden marathon a couple of weeks ago. I was getting pretty tired towards the end and it was really frustrating because I wanted to finish strong. Just when I thought I was going to fall over dead, I saw this little boy up ahead jumping up and down. When I looked closer I saw that it was my Parker! I was so happy to see him. He ran towards me and I knew if I stopped it would be hard to get going again. So I had him run with me. It was so cute. Everyone loved him. The photographers at the end captured this picture and it made me so happy. His smile was priceless. He was so excited and he helped me to finish the race. Thanks buddy!

JILL! That picture is SO adorable! Parker is such a cutie! I love that he came and ran with you at the end. Shawn ran the last 1/2 mile of the half-marathon with me and I loved it! You look great! How many marathons is this for you? I want to do one someday but have to master the half-marathon first. Good job on getting another entry on your blog!! :)

OH my heavens...that is priceless. Did you get photocopy rights to it? I'd definitely want that framed. I'm training for a 5K, and some day, the goal would be a marathon Jill. I can't believe you. You amaze me!
